    Finding the ‘perfect’ therapist can be very difficult. By the time you need one you might be feeling frantic and confused.

    You would just like to talk to someone that hears you. Someone that understands your story as it unfolds in front of them. They listen without judgment and maybe challenge a thought while holding you accountable, they are real and encouraging.

    While we are in session together, I try to make things simple, giving you the space to express yourself in a safe comfortable environment. Feel free to take your shoes off if you like, settle in and feel all of the emotions…I have plenty of tissues!

    My clients know I am all in when it comes to their mental health, I am 100% attuned and with them during their journey. I am very client led so you decide what we discuss and let me know how I can help. If you’re not sure what to talk about, we can figure that out together, since it might feel like there is ‘so much’.
