    Life Coaching

    The primary difference between therapists and life coaches is that therapists tend to focus more on past or present, while coaches tend to focus more on present and future. Therapists are focused on cognitions while coaches focus on behaviors.

    In our sessions we will put a plan together on how you can get past the ‘stuckness’ of your situation. You will feel empowered to go forward with your ‘forever’ and feel confident in it.
